Winter Lecture: Native American Folklore
Be there, as the Old Stone Fort Museum Winter Lecture Series continues with Native American Folklore stories told by Interpretive Iroquois Historian Glenn Bentz on Saturday, March 23 at 1 p.m. in the Badgley Museum Annex.
We are very excited to welcome back Mr. Bentz for this engaging, entertaining and family friendly program. In addition to his captivating storytelling, Mr. Bentz will display and present a wide variety of original artifacts and authentic reproductions offering his audience with visual and occasional hands on experiences.
Part Seneca himself, Mr. Bentz has become a leading authority on the history, culture, skills and crafts of the Native American Haudenosaunee. He has spent years engaging audiences throughout New York State and beyond with immersive, living history programs.
Admission to the lecture is $5 for adults and free for students and Schoharie County Historical Society members.
