Join Kevin Berner for an informative presentation on bluebirds. His presentation will cover ways to attract bluebirds to your yard and how to properly monitor nest boxes. Berner is a retired professor from SUNY Cobleskill in the department of Fisheries, Wildlife, and Environmental Science, where he taught for 30 years before retiring in 2017. For more than 25 years, Berner conducted extensive bluebird research, focusing on nest box designs that best attract bluebirds while discouraging invasive bird species. He also served as Research Chairman for both the North American Bluebird Society and the New York State Bluebird Society.
