From the Collections of the Old Stone Fort Museum: While organizing the collections, museum staff Gabrielle Goldswer uncovered this gem of a photo from the town of Fulton. The photo features John Calvin Mattice leading a team of horses. John Calvin Mattice was a lifelong resident of Fultonham. He was born on November 17, 1823 and married Gitty M. Mattice. They had five children, Henry, Emmergene, Sarah, Edward, and Caroline. He died on November 11, 1892 and is buried in the Middleburgh Cemetery.
