Musuem Docents

Museum Docents play a key role in sharing the stories and history of our collections with visitors. Docents support the day-to-day operations of the museum, including helping in the museum and giftshop. Tasks may include answering visitor questions, providing directions, assisting with hands-on activities, and supporting special events. Training is provided, making this role ideal for those who enjoy public speaking, history, and creating memorable experiences for guests.

In addition, docents may lead guided tours, engaging audiences of all ages with informative and enthusiastic presentations. They also assist with educational programs, helping visitors, especially students and youth groups, connect with exhibits through interactive learning experiences.
