Junior Explorers – Natural Dye Lesson

I hereby grant permission to the Old Stone Fort / Schoharie County Historical Society to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture the image, likeness, voice, and/or participation of my minor child(ren), and to use, publish, reproduce, and distribute any and all such photographs or video recordings for any lawful purpose.

These materials may be used in all media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to brochures, publications, promotional materials, press and media releases, internet, social media, and television.

I understand and agree that these materials may be used without limitation or time restriction. I waive, on behalf of myself and my minor child(ren), any right to compensation for the use of these materials and any right to inspect or approve the finished product prior to its use or release.

I represent and warrant that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor child(ren) and that I have the legal authority to execute this release on their behalf.

I release and hold harmless the Old Stone Fort / Schoharie County Historical Society, its officers, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of these materials.
