As a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization committed to collecting, preserving, and presenting Schoharie County’s rich history, a significant portion of our annual operating expenses are paid for through the generous support of small-money donors and annual membership dues.
Please consider supporting our efforts to preserve and share Schoharie County’s history. Your contribution at whatever level possible will ensure that we come back from this crisis even stronger than before. We have a lot planned for the future and we need your assistance to make it happen!
There are plenty of ways to donate, including through PayPal, in person, through the mail, or over the phone. To donate any amount with PayPal, you can click the button below. To donate $1 every time you checkout with PayPal, visit our page on how to donate at checkout with PayPal.
Thank you for your continued generosity and support.
Despite the present uncertainty and the loss of our tour and event income in 2020 and early 2021, your past generosity allowed us to:
Bring long-awaited site-wide WiFi to the entire museum complex through a generous gift by Conrad and Jeanette Fagone and MIDTEL Middleburgh Telephone.
Complete needed repairs and roof replacements at the Jackson Law Office and Badgley Museum Annex.
Expand living history and interpretive opportunities with the construction of a beehive oven outside of our c.1786 Hartmann’s Dorf House and the donation of 3,000 19th-century bricks for the construction of a period-appropriate fireplace within.
Had the fort’s iconic tower cleaned & MORE!
